The customer will pay for all shipping and handling fees. As per the arrangements with our bonded shippers, USPS, Federal Express and IBC Courier, a complete street address must be provided in order to facilitate proper shipping. Shipping and handling charges do include GST, VAT, or other similar import taxes or duties for shipments to non-USA addresses (except Latin America, the Far East, and the Middle East).

RETURNS: All returned items must be in a resalable state with the original tags still attached. If you wish to return any item for an exchange or a refund, please do so within 14 days of the date on which your order was delivered to you.
Items received after this 14-day period may be returned for in store credit only, the value of which will be an amount equal to the original purchase price of the item being returned. This in store credit will remain intact for one year from the date on which the item is returned.
